We have been providing either custom painted/decaled revisions of our stock generic models or unique hand-built and decorated display models to over 151,000+ world-wide clients during the past 36 years.

This includes all branches of the U.S. military, federal and state agencies, museums, movie/TV production, corporations, attorneys, foreign governments and of course to individuals like yourself.

Our talented and skilled staff has collectively been making models for over 900 years. An average of 23 years per staff member on the bench building all types of models and replicas.

We can provide within reason, almost any type of aircraft, spacecraft, military vehicle, maritime vessel, construction equipment, or structure display model/replica built to your general specifications and data. We use a variety of materials, primarily high-quality resins, plastics (injected, cast, or vacuformed) for our models. We also use selected hardwoods along with brass or pewter castings where it is appropriate in our work.

We reserve the right to add or drop products, to revise the painting schemes and markings on mass-produced display models, to change the specific materials of manufacture and the relative scales (sizes) of products offered for sale, and to increase or decrease the prices shown for either retail or wholesale sales without prior notice.

We also reserve the right to change delivery times when circumstances require us to do so, and to discontinue any models or products shown, whether in this catalog or in previous issues.

The items listed and sold through this catalog are not intended as toys for minors. Due to many small or sharp components, which can be easily broken off, these products should be kept away from small children. Since we have no control over final usage or placement of your purchases, we cannot be responsible for such usage of any of these products. Accordingly no warranty or guarantee is promised or given with your purchase, except as specifically provided here.

The unique nature of custom-built models and replicas is such that we are reluctantly forced to warn you that all orders, purchases and sales of custom models and replicas are final. No returns will be allowed and no refunds given or provided to anyone for any reason at any time, except as hereafter discussed in the following information dealing with our warranty and reworking policies.

Our warranty is limited. It applies only to the pre-manufactured collectibles, toys, models, and replicas. Its terms are as follows:

Limited warranty: Pre-manufactured Collectibles, Toys, Models, and Replicas. If you notity us in writing within thirty (30) days of the receipt of your purchase of a design, finish, or structural defect in your purchased item and within ten (10) days thereafter to deliver it to us for inspection, we will, after deducting a twenty-five dollar ($25.00) inspection/re-processing fee, do whichever of the following you request:

A. Replace the Collectible, Toy, Model, or Replica with a like item. if available, OR

B. Credit the purchase price paid (less the inspection/ re-processing fee previously mentioned) and exclusive of the shipping/insurance expenses toward any other item in our product catalog, including a Custom Built Model or Replica, OR

C. Refund the purchase price paid (less the inspection/re-processing fee previously mentioned, and exclusive of the shipping and insurance expenses and sales tax

Policy: Custom-Made/Built Models and Replicas. Due to the unique nature of our custom models and replicas made to order, we can only strive to ensure that the model or replica complies within reasonable limits for such models and replicas in the industry, to the written specifications upon which your order was quoted. Our reputation is based on our proven abilities to meet such standards.

It is our policy to rework such models at your request if you notify us in writing within thirty (30) days of the receipt of your order of a design, finish, or structural defect, mistake, or omission in regard to your ordered model or replica, and within ten (10) days, thereafter re-deliver it to us at our location at your expense.

We have in the past exerted our best efforts in order to resolve any customer dissatisfaction, and plan to continue to do so without charge, other than shipping and insurance expenses, but we specifically decline to contractually commit ourselves to provide such service, or to rework, continue to rework, or attempt to rework such models or replicas once we in our sole judgement reach the conclusion that such efforts will not substantially improve the model or replica's quality, accuracy, or appearance.

No other express warranty has been made for any product described in this catalogue, and any remedy for contractual breach which might otherwise arise by implication or operation of law is excluded and disclaimed. Some states do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for intended use, or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. The warranty contained in this catalogue gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, that vary from state to state.
